How do you verify that requirements are being met?
We work with clients on a weekly basis to review any concerns, challenges, and required modifications. We verify adherence during these sessions.
Can I lose my certification?
Yes. The safety of our communities are our top priority. In order to maintain your certification, we require adherence to all applicable health and safety requirements. We will partner with establishments found to be in violation in order to achieve the necessary protocols. Continued offenders will have their certifications rescinded.
What support do you provide after the certification is complete?
We support our clients long after the certification is processed. Our policy research team is works to provide weekly updates on COVID-19 safety practices and evolving guidelines. We've also helped clients with operationalizing their guidelines through training, standard operating procedures, and marketing their certifications.
